Zumba

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. “You do not need any formal dance training simply a desire to have absolute fun while you workout!” Classes will be held at Rock City Dance Studio 7501 Pearl Road, (corner of Pearl & Webster Roads) Middleburg Hts. 44130.

Aerobic Kickboxing

Our aerobic kickboxing program takes the music, excitement and energy of aerobics but adds self-defense techniques like jabbing, kicking, punching and blocking. Our Black Belt instructors will have you breaking a serious sweat and you’ll learn some serious self-defense techniques. It’s hard work, but it’s the most fun way to get in shape ever! Our unique program also utilizes heavy bags for real “hands on” training. Classes are always exciting, varied, safe (high and low impact demonstrated) effective and fun! Breath Awareness Workshop

Stress affects our bodies in many ways. Breath awareness can help you to recognize when stress might be harming your body. Through breathing techniques, you can stimulate or relax your body and mind.
