JAZZ ENSEMBLE
Jazz Ensemble is an audition group consisting of a variety of instruments. All students are required to be in performance music classes with the exception of piano, guitar and bass guitar players. We are also charter members of the Southwest Middle School Jazz Festival. This group has annual concerts in March and features jazz bands from other schools, along with a professional artist who performs with the students. Our Jazz Ensemble also performs at other events within the city and school. The group will rehearse Friday morning 7:00am-8:00am.
